MANILA, Philippines鈥擶ith the support of both the United Nations Children`s Fund (Unicef) and the World Bank, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) plans to expand the coverage of its conditional cash transfer, or CCT program from one million poor families this year to four million in 2012.
