CONCLUSION of a free-trade deal between the Philippines and Japan may face further delays after Manila rejected Tokyo鈥檚 offer allowing the entry of only 180 Filipino professionals every year.
Trade Secretary Juan Santos said the offer is 鈥渦nacceptable under the Japan-Philippine Economic Partnership Agreement [JPEPA].鈥�
