Act now or Vietnam may overtake the Philippines in the race toward industrialization.
This was the advice given to the government by Dezso Horvath, dean of the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada, during a forum titled 鈥淭he Philippines in the Global Marketplace鈥� at the De La Salle Professional Schools in Makati City on Monday.
