Stork ordering information

Stork Landing will be closed for deliveries August 18 through August 21!!!

Ordering online is safe and easy! Here are a few things you should know: 

You can order a stork or birth announcement in advance of the baby’s birth. We treat your order as a reservation and make sure that the stork or sign you request is available. Here’s how it works:

  1. Simply add the item to the shopping cart by selecting “add to cart.”
  2. Continue to checkout.
  3. You will be asked for billing information including your credit card.
  4. Your credit card will be authorized, but it will not be charged. We will not charge you until we have performed the service.
  5. Upon completion of checkout you will be sent an e-mail confirmation with a link to an online form to collect the baby’s information for the sign. Don’t worry if you do not know it at this point, we will collect it from you later through e-mail or by phone.

That’s it. There’s nothing to it, right?

Here are a few other details that may make you feel more comfortable ordering online from Stork Landing:

  • We never charge your card until we perform the service. That means you can order well in advance of the event. We treat these “orders” as reservations and make sure that the sign you have requested will be available.
  • Our shopping cart is completely encrypted using the latest security technology – note the lock icon in your browser.
  • When you order online we do not have access to your credit card number, therefore it is completely safe and you can be sure your card number will not be mishandled. How can that be? Well, the service we use validates your card in real time and provides us with a transaction number. That transaction number is used again later when we charge your card once the service is performed.
Days of delivery are Monday through Saturday.
